Backend Developer

Primary Focus: : • Designing and building scalable backend systems using Node.js, databases, cloud services, and containerized deployments. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and related frameworks. • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices. • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for high-performance data handling. • Implement caching mechanisms like Redis or Memcached for performance optimization. • Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes. • Work with AWS services for cloud-based infrastructure. • Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setup. Required Skills • Backend Expertise: 7+ years of experience with strong expertise in Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS. • Databases: Experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB). • Caching: Hands-on experience with Redis or other caching tools. • DevOps & Cloud: Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, alongside a strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and EKS. • System Design: Experience in designing scalable and high-availability systems. Good to Have • Experience with microservices architecture. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. • Exposure to monitoring and logging tools. • Experience working in Agile teams.
